English Language Proficiency Exemptions
If you are from one of the following countries or territories and your native language is English, you are not required to provide English Language Proficiency Test Scores.
British Virgin Islands (St. Kitts-Nevis, Anguilla)
Cameroon (British system—TOEFL not required. French system—TOEFL required)
Canada (English-speaking, i.e. not Quebec)
Grand Turks and Caicos Islands
Trinidad and Tobago
U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John)
NOTE: Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens, but the TOEFL is required.
